Behind
the systems
AutomateIQ started with a simple observation: most teams don’t need more software, they need the software they already have to talk to each other. We’re a small, remote-first team of engineers and designers who’d rather build one system that removes real friction than ship another dashboard nobody opens. Every project starts with the same question — what’s actually slowing you down — and works backward from there.
The fuel
behind the craft
Built to actually work
A workflow that looks clean in a demo but breaks in production isn't done. We test edge cases, sweat the failure states, and ship things that hold up under real usage — not just the happy path.
Automate the right layer
Not everything should be automated, and not every automation should look the same. We start by mapping how work actually moves through your team, then build the smallest system that removes the most friction.
Serious work, no theatrics
We take ambitious problems seriously and our own egos lightly. Clear scope, clear timelines, clear updates — no jargon standing in for progress.
Ship, learn, adjust
Automation tooling moves fast, and so do we. We'd rather ship a working v1 this week and refine it than spend a month designing the perfect system on paper.
You always know where things stand
No black-box handoffs. You get visibility into what's built, how it works, and how to change it — because a system you can't touch isn't really yours.
Got a
hard problem?
If it’s worth automating, it’s worth doing right.
Tell us what’s slow, we’ll make it fast.
